This is an LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) cast film made with the T-die extrusion technology. It has outstanding gloss, transparency, cold resistance, good heat seal strength, hot tack strength and sealing properties. That's why it is widely used as a high-performance sealant film and is the top-seller in Japan.
Applications
Packaging for frozen food, processed marine products, pickles and prepared foods, liquid food (soups and seasonings), refill containers (standing pouches), heavyweight products such as rice, etc.

- (2) Dry lamination with ether adhesive agents may impair the film's slip or anti-blocking properties, depending on the aging temperature (38℃ or higher) or winding tension.
- (3) When a film is stored at a temperature of 40℃ or higher for a long time, its physical properties (such as transparency and heat sealability) may be impaired if the lubricant bleeds.

- (6) We recommend extrusion lamination to retain the properties of products engineered for antifogging.
