Risk Hotline

Risk Hotline

The Risk Hotline provides people with a way to report any information about risks that they have acquired, such as information about an illegal act at the Company or any of its affiliates (for details, see About Us on our website) directly to the relevant internal executive officer or to our outside legal advisor.  The hotline is open not only to the officers and employees of the RM TOHCELLO Group but also to our business partners including factories, partner companies and suppliers. The information about risks reported via the Risk Hotline will also be reported to our company auditors in a timely manner.

Operation of the Risk Hotline

We have stipulated in the internal rules that the personnel receiving any report or consultation shall strictly maintain the confidentiality of the name and organization of the contacting person and details of the report and shall not disclose or divulge this information to anyone other than the minimum necessary number of officers, employees, lawyers and equivalent people necessary for the investigation of the matter (including any act that will make it easier for people to guess this information).
We will maintain the confidentiality of the information about the people who cooperate in investigations and the information acquired during investigations, except to those involved in the investigation.
We will ensure that no person contacting the hotline will be disadvantaged due to their submitting a report or consulting the hotline. However, this does not apply when the Risk Hotline is contacted for the purpose of victimizing any other person by, for example, deliberately providing false information, or for the purpose of intimidation, blackmail or other illegal acts.
The Risk Hotline may also be contacted in writing or by e-mail or be contacted anonymously. Please note that when no contact information is provided we may be unable to carry out a sufficient investigation, fully understand the actual circumstances or take appropriate actions or measures.
